How credits and billing work
Personal and every Workspace have independent credit balances. See Pricing for current generation and voice-creation rates.
Before you start
- Confirm which Personal space or Workspace is selected before buying credits.
- Personal and Workspace balances do not merge or automatically cover one another.
- Personal free credits never transfer into a Workspace.
Create it in Giggy
- Select the Personal space or Workspace you want to fund.
- Review its current balance in Usage & Billing.
- Use Pricing to purchase a one-time prepaid credit pack.
- Confirm the displayed credit destination before checkout.
- Workspace Admins can configure automatic recharge and account-level budgets.
Improve the result
- See Pricing for current rates and free-credit rules.
- Workspaces do not receive Personal free-credit grants.
