How My Voices and Voice Library work
The Voice Library is the shared public catalog. My Voices is scoped to the selected Personal space or Workspace. Saving a public voice or creating a custom voice adds it to that selected collection.
Before you start
- Confirm whether Personal or a Workspace is selected.
- Workspace voices are shared Workspace resources.
- Switching spaces does not move saved or custom voices between collections.
Create it in Giggy
- Open Voice Library to discover and preview public voices.
- Save a public voice to the selected Personal space or Workspace.
- Open My Voices to view voices belonging to that scope.
- Create Voice Design or Voice Clone outputs only after confirming the intended owner.
- Use GET /v1/my-voices to list completed custom voices belonging to the same Personal space or Workspace as a REST API key.
Improve the result
- A Workspace REST API key cannot use a member’s Personal custom voices.
- Deleting a private Clone or Design voice is destructive and may also remove owned TTS generations and private artifacts associated with that voice, according to existing product behavior.
Common mistakes
- Removing a saved public-library voice does not delete the original public voice.
- Members cannot rename or delete every Workspace voice.
